Over all review

One month into my lease. The apartments are quiet (adjacent unit noise is minimal). I they must have addressed this with good insulation or thicker shared walls during construction. The Victorian Quarters are 3 years old and the grounds are well kept by "in house" grounds keepers.
The rent is reasonable for the apartment size and the location. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 3rd floor. No problems with noisy, college kids, etc.
The Benbrook and Ft. Worth Police patrol regularly.
Parking is adequate and you can rent a covered space for extra $$$ if you wish, a garage too, if you choose.
They are very dog friendly here and most of the pet owners are responsible for their animals (waste clean up stations are posted throughout, for residents to use).
I will definitely renew my lease, if things continue to be as they have this first month.
Cheers!

Another management post. Prospective tenants should review the negative posts for the truth.

So all of the "good" reviews are members of the management? That is pretty ridiculous and I dont appreciate your stating that. I am a resident and I do love living her. Why dont you speak for yourself and not others.

I am a new resident and not a member of management. You are wrong. If that's not satisfactory, you are welcome to come to #636 (that would be the 3rd floor) and be introduced to the "truth" in person...you can also meet "Dixie", my dog. She is trained in "German commands" (reason: Most US burglers don't know German). Do you know any German words?.
Cheers!
Anonymous 3rd reply: The walls are not "paper thin". Try to poke your finger through one! I have lived in many other apartments, some less expensive and some much more. My apartment is quiet. Maybe I have quiet neighbors, or, you got a "lemon". I Don't know.
If you want silence, buy a house. Preferably on land, way out in the country. Gas is kinda expensive, though.

I also recommend anyone thinking about living here to read the negative posts. The walls are paper thin in this complex! I can hear my neighbors having "relations" on regular nighthly basis. Glad they are happy couple, but noise can easily be heard through this apartment complex. I don't think they are doing anything out of the ordinary, walls are just paper thin. It's terrible.
