Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004

I have lived here for 1 year. The dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. 3 Months ago I was told it would be replaced. It still hasn't, but there is a new dishwasher in an apartment that is being remodeled. It is impossible to get anything fixed here. We even went 3 weeks without hot water in December.
