I lived here for 3 years and regret every second of it. The apartments are infested with mice and no matter how clean you are they are still in there. It takes forever to get something fixed. My air conditioner was not working in the middle of the summer and they didn't fix it for a month even though I had a small child. There are loud parties every night. The parking lot is loaded with trash and looks awful. The stairs are falling apart and feel like they will fall through when you walk on them. The laundry mats are disgusting and only have 2 washers and 2 dryers!!! How many people live here''' The washers have ruined plenty of my clothes. New management took over and he has already raised the rent!!! What for' These apartments are not worth that much and people are wasting their money. He also is talking about having people pay their electric!! No way. The apartments are trash and I advise anybody please don't do it. You and your family will be miserable and regret it badly. :(

My mother-in-law died in one of there apartments she had been complaining of not having any heat in the middle of Feb. when it actually gets really cold we were informed by the people that were the management at the time 2-9-08 that we had 10 days to get her stuff out of the apartment or they would throw it away not much time to mourn they were in a hurry to rent the apartment, even though she still had 3 weeks left on the rent she had just paid. This place suck and doesn't sound like it has gotten any better with new management.
