Don't expect anything much

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
If you want something that was built in the early 1980's, then this is your place. A coworker told me that while he and his wife lived there, Bent Tree was finishing construction, and that these apartments are actually mobile homes that are stacked on top of each other, brought in by crane. The staff doesn't have a clue on what is going on and if you talk with Michelle, the current manager, she is the worst. If you ask her to do something, chances are that you will not get any results. Michelle doesn't deserve this much responsibility, and if you try to catch her after lunch at the office, good luck. As she rarely returns before 2 PM. As a tenant for 2 years, I was charged $100 for carpet cleaning when I moved out. The management wouldn't even replace the carpet after 2 years of someone living there, and this also includes after my water heater leaked onto the carpet. That is disguisting. I wonder how long the carpet has been down in the apartment before I moved in' Do expect one thing. Old appliances, poor service, and extremely high electric bills, since these apartments have no isulation.
