I have lived here for 4 1/2 years and have been surprised of how well the owner of these properties tries to make this a good place to live. He uses the rent and house payment money to fix up all the unit that are liveable. He replaces the windows with more up to date windows and even uses siding instead of paint on the exterior. There are still some tenants that are problems but rest asured that they do move on when there are enough people that will stand up to them and report what they are doing. All in all this a good place to live and raise a family. It is not a place where the rich live, but we do have areas to BBQ, picknic, shootbaskets and swim.
