For one, the first review by bitty.....She is the owner....not really fair.
We moved here from a different state. No complaints about maintenance people, they were great. However, when we arrived place was not ready, had to wait 1 day and refridge and stove were sitting outside until we went to office to ask them to move them in. Broken glass all over yard, fence had holes in it all over and dogs ran in and out for about a month till it got fixed, cockroaches all over the day we moved in and all through our stay, broken chain link fence in yard for months. When we moved in we asked them to get these things cleaned up and were told that because of rain the dump was closed. This went on for 2 months (even though people we worked with told us they went to the dump and it was indeed open). All I can say is it's a good thing we don't have children with all the glass and crap around the yard and neighborhood. Definitely would not recommend this place for families. At least not the street we were on. I do have to say that one of the nurses we work with had bought 2 places a few streets over and had great neighbors and the street was kept nice and clean...At least check it out first to see where you are going to live. Some areas are good, others suck!

We had the same problems we didn't have anyplace to go to stay for the night so we did with out refrigerator and stove. We spent the first 2 months constantly having to replace tires on our car because of the glass and nails lying around we broke our lease after 5 months it was actually cheaper to break the lease than keep replacing tires and wondering when the roaches which they call "Water Bugs" would carry us away in the night.
