hardly worth the money! the apartment was NASTY when we moved in, you cant sit outside in a chair or on the stairs. per management. They want to charge me 25.00 for a blind that isn't broken...it is however filthy and sun rotted which isn't my fault. Maybe I should charge them 75.00

SUCK the manager who bought ut rosenbaum or what ever his name is will tow cars, so you cant have company for too long, sugar ants in the kictchen no matter what dish washes leaves soap all over the dishes (just do them by hand) garbage disposal sucks, air conditioner is really loud.

Lived here for 2 years When I lived here for 2 years my main problem was ROACHES!!!! They were everywhere and I mean everywhere. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Thank goodness I hardly had maintenance requests. I never had problems with crime although some of my neighbors were very questionable!
