The staff doesn't appear to be very pro active on getting tenents in. My wife and I had to "pull teeth" to even get an apartment ready 3 days after they said it would be ready. The staff doesn?t live on the property, and is out of the office most of the time(except on the 1st of the month !!). I noted the front door jam had been broken (kicked in) and glued back together. The "handy man" told me it was o.k. and it will cost him too much money to replace. They "worked" on my heater and fixed it' End result, attic insulation on top of the washer, dryer and clean clothes (from the hole in the ceiling where maintance climed up to work on it). By the way, it still blows cold air and ran my power bill to $170! I never had a bill that high. Everywhere else I average $45-$65. My wife also reported a problem with the water heater. The "handy man" told her,"I checked it before you moved in, there is nothing wrong with it. Tell your husband not to use up all the hot water". The plumbing for all the water is PVC pipe, not a bit of copper! Don?t let the new look fool you. They are built cheap. The windows are drafty and the walls feel cold. If something needs fixing they pull the parts from other vacant apartments which they leave unlocked all the time. There are plenty of those, I wonder why' They can add one more vacant apartment, ours! We are breaking our lease. We moved in Nov. 2003. They can "eat" the remaining 9 months of rent.

Tenants before and after this resident have been nothing but happy with apartment and all appliances. Not one complaint about hot water heater or anything else. Tenants wanted out of lease without having to pay penalty. Future landlords beware.
