Just moved in. This complex is quiet , love that. Assigned parking is great the grounds well maintained, have not had to use maintenance yet. Could not be more happy to be HOME. Complex manager Brenda Baldwin she could not have been more helpful. I truly enjoy my new home.

AWESOME!!! I really loved being there. The landlord was very nice and helpful with me. She made sure i was next to neighbors that i wouldn't have a problem with. The rooms are a good size for the price it is. I would go back to the Bellaire Apartment in a heartbeat.

I lived in the country village of Bonham for two years and was very pleased with it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I had a maintance problem,it was always taken care of the same day. I would highly recommend these apartment, they are the best in Bonha.

My Experience While I Lived At The Bellaire Apartments I have lived at the Bellaire Apartments 2 different times in the past, and was very happy while there, I moved for personal reasons and left in good standings both times..The apartment affairs are always handled in a professional manor
