Well first of all if you even consider living in these apartments make sure that it gets remodeled. the complex is going through a lot of changes and it is all for the good. and as for as the problems go, managment was the one thing that always was a big one. ------------ was always rude and if anyone had a problem she always seem to hide or be unable to contact, ofcoures her ------- would cover for her but he seemed to never deliver messages to her or know what to do. pests were a big problem we had mice in the apartment for a month and she always found a way to delay someone from comeing to exterminate, so we finaly did it ourseves, YUCK!! parking is not a big problem, lots of parking spacses even though the lot is kind of small(if someone parks their car on both sides of you and across the drive way good luck getting out). i could go on and on but the bottem line is that management is greedy and will try to hold back on major fixes.

but hey this is brenham, not that many choose.
