I have lived @ BP since May 2007 and have had no problems. I am very satisfied with the Management. You must remember that Brenham is a small town and there is very limited apartment housing that is affordable and spacious. The only thing that I don't have (which I miss) is a washer and dryer in my unit. But if you are happy with your home there are things that you can adapt to.
I would recommend BP to anyone. If you are a former resident and have had problems in the past, then you must have not followed the rules and regulations of the Property,
