The place is nice and new, and VERY reasonably priced. The small washer & dryer in the kitchen was great, too. However, the walls are thin, and we could ofter hear word-for-word conversations of our upstairs neighbors when they were out on their balcony. There are a lot of students here, so often we could hear other tenants having fun until 3am. We had a corner bedroom that faced the parking lot on both sides, and the extrtior floodlights were so incredibly bright we had to supplement the window blinds with tacked-up blankets to get it dark enough to sleep. Also, and this was a huge deal for us, at least once a month (and sometimes 2 times), we'd find notes when we got home that someone had been in to "check the air filter" while we were away. It felt very uncomfortable.
