Heritage Place is a quiet, well managed, mid price range complex. The owners live on premises and take great pride in the grounds. Repairs were always done in a timely fashion. They furnish a free basic cable package with about 60 channels, and cable internet was available. As a single working person I couldn't have found a better place to live in Brenham.
