Lets see where to start. I've bombed my apartment but the roaches keep coming back. The super has issues and smells funny. The oven in mine and other apartments is crazy, the preheat will come back on when cooking burning your food if you don't watch it. I've had the toilet fixed a number of times but keeps running, hiking the cost of utilities. I asked to get my dishwasher fixed and was told that the maintenece was fixing vacant apts so I had to wait. One of my phone lines has been broken but I haven't bothered with it because its not worth it. The staff is extremely nosey. Kids that live in the complex think the parking lot is their personal playgroud and have run into vehicals with their bikes while screaming. They started some landscaping some time ago, but I think they gave up on it. Leaving the area crappy looking. If the owner or the staff can hear your music, I not talking loud just hear, the big stinky super will pay you a visit.
Plus side: It's very cheap. It's pretty secure.
I would look elsewhere if you can afford it (Brensha Heights).
