DO NOT MOVE INTO GLADEFIELD APARTMENTS. THE OWNERS/MGRS, JOE AND ERSILIA NARDINO ARE GREEDY, MEAN PEOPLE WHO ARE WAY TOO CONTROLLING. YOU CAN NOT HAVE FRIENDS OVER PAST 11 AND YOU HAVE TO ASK PERMISSION FOR ANYONE TO SPEND THE NIGHT. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE SELFISH PEOPLE. STAY AWAY!!!!

I grew up in Bridge City and those apartments have a bad reputation. It's considered low income, crime, and drugs. The whole street, Wise Street, is considered to have a bad reputation. If you don't believe me, just drive down it.

I would like to know where you think they can get away with telling you how you can live? They can't. I don't understand how they forced you to ask permission. It is your place..this makes no sense. As for Bridge City and the drugs and ect. EVERYWHERE is this way, I haven't seen a town that doesn't have drugs and abuse of something. I lived in Bridge City for 8 years I don't recall hearing anything awful about any street then the average.

Gladefield has changed. I don't know how things used to be, but it's nothing like you described it. The Nardinos must be long-gone, because they're not the owners I dealt with when I rented it. These folks are very courteous to residents, and drugs and illicit behavior are not tolerated. I love living at Gladefield Apartments.
