When I looked at this place I could see that it needed a little picking up but the rent was soooooo cheap & this was all that I could afford, But then 2 years later windows are taped up,drug deals go on all the time,kids are running around,small kids still in diapers are running with no shoes & no adults-it is dirty,nothing gets repaired-it is not safe & the mgr doesnt care. Guns goes off all the time,the cops come about 2 hours after you call them-no one here has a job.
