overall average service. Management becomes hostile when asked to do something about smelly carpet(dark brown). Mangagment said that they will not invest in new carpw=et if they think the tenants will get them dirty. All apartments that I was shown smelled like an old smokers house, literally. There are wooden bars that seperate the living space from the enterance which poses problem when moving in.

That's very true..... Easy to come in, $400.00 when you want out. Can't live with rude staff on customers.
