Where do I start'

Some 20 months ago I was given a long list of things to fill in whether they are broken or not and given 48 hours to fill it in. My getting the mailbox key was conditioned on filling in the list. I was promised all the bad things I find will be fixed... Well, guess what' The mailbox key I got wasn't working at all anyway... 20 months later things are still not fixed. I wonder why did they need the list in 48 hours to not do anything about it for over 20 months... Dishwasher got repaired three times, after a leak/flood at one time, and after either of those three times has it actullay worked, I just gave up on it.

The playgrounds are rusty and plain unsafe for children, haven't been painted in ages.

There's dirt everywhere, grass is not maintained, warm water was cut for a whole two months at one time, washing facilities are usually overcrowded.

Work orders... mixed feelings on those. other residents complain about stolen things from their apartments...

I can go on and on... plus of course price hikes and so on...
