I was suffering from a lengthy illness for a month; the manager didn t notify me that I missed my rent payment when this happened and waited a month to notify me all the while adding up late fees as well as other fees. When I started to recover after a month, she hit me with multiple fees she knew I couldn't afford and is getting in order to evict me. I had tried to work out the back rent in payments as the bank is slow in recovering my funds; however she responded with a notice of charges she knew I couldn t afford. This has been the norm around here; there are four apts. In each side of each building and of the four months I have lived @ the Borders; the other three apts. Each have had no less than two renters who have stayed an average of two months and the minimum lease term is six months. That means that everyone of them have lost their hard earned money just to get away from the manager. NOW THAT sounds like desperation to me! I too will soon be gone and so will my deposit as well as most of my monthly income.

Does anyone have a violin? Sounds like a personal problem here to me. Dont you have people that love you that couldve helped? This aint no soup kitchen. Pay up or get the **** out is what I say.

The people that probably moved out are illegals who wash dishes and couldn't afford it or uncivilized losers who wanted to party all night and the manager told them to get the hell out and back across the border to Mehico.
