I have lived on the property for two years and i have seen a gradual downfall of the property. I am not sure if the owners are trying to save money by not investing on the needs of the property, but the property is coming to a point where it really needs a lot of maintenance. The area is quite nice. It is extremely quite and the jungle like appearance around the property is quite nice (although a landscaping crew is desperately needed).

I like the lush, tropical jungle setting. The only problem is I often here ITO! ITO! ITO! out of my window.....stinky -------- are swinging on the trees in front of my apartment! Dirty apes!
