The maintence is not good at all. You submit requests and they never fix anything. Horrible customer service once you live there. Apartments falling apart one thing at a time, frequently. Old balconies, very dangerous. Dangerous stairs. IT SHOULD REALLY BE SHUT DOWN FOR REMODELING THE HOLD STRUCTURE AND THE WHOLE THING.
