	The maintence is not good at all. You submit requests and they never fix anything. Horrible customer service once you live there. Apartments falling apart one thing at a time, frequently. Old balconies, very dangerous. Dangerous stairs. IT SHOULD REALLY ... more

	Over time, maintanance: grounds, pools and general have degraded appreciably. Still a very nice complex, but you must push to get things done.
