when we moved into town we knew no one, the staff here have been great going above and beyond helping us with anything to do with Brownsville not just LaMansion.The property is kept great and when something needs to be fixed they are there to do so.

We are professionals who moved down to Brownsville with out company and were a little apprehensive about the area but the staff here have put our minds at ease. We love the ressaca, the pool and how close it is to everything. Our neighbors are great and you really get the feeling that you are part of a unit here. I am so glad that we choose this apartment complex to live and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for security, relaxation, friendly people and staff, and quality.
