I have lived at La Mansion for over 5 years. They have never had a better staff until now. The Manager is very courteous and all you need to do is talk to her. She has an open door policy for everyone. I have seen the Management staff go out of their way to help make the Residents happy. I do not plan on leaving and recommend to everyone that this is place to be! Best service and most beautiful sub-tropical setting around. It is well worth my money to be able to come home to a place that makes you feel like home.

An "open door policy"? Residents don't live at La Mansion - they pay La Mansion's mortage so the sure as hell better have an open door policy. There is a certain expectation of service that comes with writing a high-dollar rent check each month and they had better realize that. "Open door policy", what a bunch of nonsense.
