Landscape is very unkept with tall grass every where you might get bit by something!Wanted to go swimming this weekend of fourth of July but the pool water was brown and yellow,very dirty and filthy!very ghetto loud neighbors that throw parties every weekend ans have loud drunk friends outside in til the wee hours of the morning!Also washer and dryer connections located out of the apt! Very inconvenient maintenance people don't speak English and walk around with keys to every apartment and enter anytime they want!Unorganized staff and very rude! Paying close to $950 a month for a 2brd and $300 of light is ridiculous!Its better to rent a condo or a house!

I totally agree.. Since the new management came in the complex is going down hill.. Its sad because several friends of mine live here and they too are moving out because of this. Management is very rude to the tenants.. This was a very quite community and now its gotten out of control. We know the courtesy officers they try their best to help us out but it seems that management don't care! Couple of the tenants have heard the manager make racial remarks towards the hispanic community! That is just wrong! I strongly suggest that the media be made aware of this situation at La Mansion Apartments! This will not be tolerated any further!

I totally agree we pay 1055.00 a month for a bedroom. The pool is so unsanitary, the new manager does not care, it is not on her priorty list. If you are hispanic,you are out of luck also because the new Manager is racist, she totally hates ---------. She gives rudness a new definition. I totally agree with Brent7890, you are better off renting a home or condo. Someone should inform the new mangement that this is South Texas, hispanic country.

I agree. There was a DEAD LIZARD in the pool one night this summer. The management was "tied" up with "upper management" when I tried to call them and it took 3 days to figure out about a security deposit being returned. A simple question. And that's right: it means that they did not inform me on their own accord. I'm so pleased that there is such honest feedback here!!!
