I live at another one of their properties, but my sister lived here and my mom lives at their Bonaventure Apartments. It's all the same owners and management. They really keep it nice here, and they try to fix things the right way. My mom is on a fixed income so I love that she has a nice place to live on her budget. They had a problem with peoople parking in the handicappped area but when I brought it to their attention, it was not ever a problem again.
