I have no idea why this apartment complex does not have a 100% rating. The bottom line is this: Las Palmas is THE nicest apartment complex in Brownsville. Period. I moved to Las Palmas again (I lived here two years prior to graduating from college) because it is such a nice place. In fact, I would never have moved back to Brownsville for a college job if Las Palmas were not here to serve my housing needs. If you want to know what Las Palmas is like, don't read these other stupid posts - come to the apartment complex and see for yourself and make a decision based upon what you see and feel. I absolutely love my apartment and until I build a house, I am not moving. Period. One final note is the staff. Rachel the assistant manager and Isiah the manager are top notch. They bent over backwards to help and accomodate my wife and I moving in from another city. They are by far the best managers I have ever had the pleasure to acquaint myself with.
