For all the years that i lived there where the worst years of my life.!!!.At the last years that i lived there,the apartments where the worst.The walls where old,painted a lot,rotted ext.The owners kept on changing,office staff kept on getting fired all the time.Drug dealing was never a shock that happened all the time.Even the manager did drugs.there was always something wrong in the apartment.All I am saying DO NOT MOVE INTO THE APARTMENTS PLEASE!!!

Ive been here longer. Dont remember any of my fellow long lifers leaving, so your obviously lying. Yes the place is not the best in town but its affordable. The manager who puts up with all the deadbeats here is not a drug user, thats crazy. The walls old? Of course genius this place was built in the jurassic period. Painted alot? Should of let maintenance know this bothered you, they wouldve left it as is when your dumbass moved in. Rotted? Is exactly what I hope you do in hell. No wait, you just left it apparently. The "HELL" that was Palacio Real, yet you stayed for 9 years. Your a moron. Drug dealing? The drug dealing old man Robert Sadler already moved out, taking his hoodlum moochers with him. Theres pieces of ---- everywhere you move..Here atleast I have some money left over after I pay my rent. Long live Palacio Real you dumb bastards..
