I do not recommend living in this place at all. It is a pain specially when having to do anything with la murcielaga of Marcela. She thinks she can do anything to anybody and talk about anybody any way she feels like it. Unfortunately she has not been fired yet but just wait. Some one soon or later will put her in her place where she belongs. Yes, I have lived here in the sewer apartments also that is why I can say this. She never has anything fixed she just has her guys bandage everything and then when everything is falling apart she blames the tenants. I don't know if some one has seen what has been done lately to the apartments. They gave her a time period to fix issues with the apartments or she was going to get fined. Man, you should have seen their faces trying to get everything on time.

Oh, in these apartments you have to be related to management in some way to have everything done right and in order TO BE ABLE TO HAVE TWO BIG FAMILIES LIVING IN ONE SAME APARTMENT. For example, apartment #''' SOLVE THE FOLLOWING TO FIND OUT THE APARTMENT NUMBER divide 2848 by 8 from your answer subtract 5 then divide it by 3 and finally multiply the answer by 6 which equals to the apartment #. It has been like that for a while already.

If anybody has heard that their is a wait list don't believe it their is none. Their are always apartments available. If you want prove just drive around the apartments and you will see a bunch of apartments empty. The wait list is created by them selfs. If I were you I would just look some where else if you want to have a nice place to live in. It is infested with roaches, spiders, a bunch of cats and ducks. And then you still have to worry about your ceiling falling down on you or your neighbor cause the plumbing is done badly.

Don't waist your money here do it some where else to rent and you will be happy. I wish some one would video tape her and put her online. Just so people could see how bad she really is. Please some one do, and send out the link so we can check it out.
Oh, if you can also get her when she is screaming at her employees and when they are walking her dogs.

totally agree. I wonder if her employees get paid extra to walk her dogs in the middle of the night? Right, Danny boy?

WHO EVER IS WRITING THESE COMMENTS HAVE EITHER BEEN TOLD TO CLEAN UP THEIR MESS OR KICKED OUT BECAUSE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MARRANOS THAT DON'T TAKE CARE OF THEIR APARTMENT. I LIVED HERE FOR 6MTHS AND I WAS PERFECTLY PLEASED THE SECURITY GUARD WAS ABSOLUTELY NICE AND WHEN MY SLIDING DOOR DID NOT SLIDE PROPERLY THE WERE THERE TO FIX IT THE VERY NEXT DAY. YES IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION TO CLEAN MY PATIO ONCE IN A WHILE BUT ONLY BECAUSE MY YORKIE POOPED ON THE PATIO, AND I WAS ASKED NICELY. AND NOOOO!!! I NEVER HEAR THE MANAGER SCREAMING. I WOULD HAVE STAYED THERE LONGER IF WE WOULDN'T HAVE FOUND OUR FIRST HOME. I PERSONALLY LIKED IT HERE.

I lived here in 2001 and am considering going back. Sure, apartments are old but the maintenance is excellent. Management was never a problem. Marcela has a strong personality but she has to in order to control tenants who don't follow the rules or who don't respect others. By the way some people complain, I can tell they lack manners. Name-calling is unnecessary. People should stick to the facts. Loved the resaca and the ducks added charm. Roaches only appear if you are dirty/messy.
