I lived here for six months, and at the end of my lease (thank god), I began to have a problem with bats in my apartment. That's right, I said in my apartment. I came home one morning to find a bat flopping around in my toilet. After the second bat, I alerted management. After the third bat, they cleaned out what I assume to be the roof area, with something that made my entire apartment smell like bleach for a week. After the fourth and fifth bat, I had had enough and moved out. I actually got a call from management asking why I was moving out. She said, "Was it because of the bats'" When I said "yes.", all I got was an, "I'm sorry" and a hang up. The apartment was old, and a bit moldy smelling, but overall it was O.K. for the price. (bats not included) The nearby resaca attracts A LOT of wildlife. Ducks, cats, bugs, BATS, snakes.. you name it.

i totally agree. the bats are coming inside my apt too. this place really sucks...they are very strict and they take forever to fix something.
