I've lived here for a year and a half. I have experienced my problems the latter of my time here. One time I called the office at called 7pm, after it was 100 degrees outside. The thermostat in my apartment read 85 even after I had the thermostat at 75. I called the office and the lady that answered was some cybersecretary. One of the ladies from the office called me back and she indicated that she could not send someone to fix the a/c because it was "Dark." She told me to wait till tomorrow. The maintenance man stopped by the next day and supposedly fixed it. I had the same problem that night. I called the office again and the lady told me "Are you sure it's not working, cause I sent someone to fix it already'" I then told her that I was not going to wait for her to send someone later and I demanded that she send someone immediately. But, some of these management people are rude and obnoxious. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
By the way, you receive parking violations if your car bumper goes over the sidewalk. Yeah, parking violations.
