Let me begin by thanking Marcela, Daniel, and all the staff for allowing me to make a "home" at Posada. I lived there well over 7 years. Throughout my stay, Marcela and her staff ensured that the complex, although old, remained secure, clean, & peaceful. I slept peacefully and traveled unconcerned because I knew my place was safe. Maintenance is provided - I never had to wait if a vital appliance was broken (i.e. A/C). If you are looking for an apartment to call "home" this is definitely the place. Marcela and staff are very conscientious of their tenants' personal needs, be it physical or emotional. Thank you so much for being there for me; it was good to know someone cared.
If you are unable to FOLLOW RULES and RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS, please pick some other place. Those of that do obey and respect don't want you there and, thankfully, you will be asked to leave.
