we just moved here about 3 months now,and already we are trying to find another apartment!! some might say that this is a good place to because maybe they give more time to you if your hispanic, when you try to visit their office it will say by the door OPEN from 9:00 am to 5:00 am but try to wait,they wont open until 10:00 or 10:30!!! if your in a hurry trying to get to work and be there early to talk to them you will definitly waste you time!! they will tell you that its a secure area but be carefull make sure you car has an alarm because cars are being broken in every now and then,yes they do have surveilance cameras, ONLY AT THE GATE!!!! and if so happens that your car gets broken into behind the buildings or beyond the gate they wont see what happened!!! customer service- get this teh AC on our unit didnt work one time and as everybody knows that if the same time some of your outlets are not working something have shorted,if you tell this to them they will put the blame on you/tenents instead of invetigating what caused the short circuit!! imagine that!! they dont know what happened yet and they will tell you it your fault or insinuate it is. and it not a 24 hour maintenance call,if your ac breaks down in the middle of the night and the temp outside is 100 degrees and call the office an answering service will answer you call and your concerns will not be handled until the next morning!! when they open their office!!! and like i said they dont open till 11:00 am!!!! and as an added bonus!! management- dont give a ---- what happens to you and your property!!! and they will throw tantrums at you every now and then especially when you complain about a lot of things about your unit, they will just be good and nice to you at the beggining of the lease but later on you are nothing but someone whom they think are doing a favor living there!!! i still have a lot of negative things to say tahn positive,so if i were you better think about it a million times before living here!!
