This is typical south Texas Mexican living! The maintainence crew is lazy, letting the grass grow to your ankles in some areas before they cut it. It will only be cut AT LEAST every three weeks. In the summer too, you may ask' Yep. DO NOT LIVE DOWNSTAIRS!! This place is so old and crappy that it sounds like elephants upstairs, even when it's a 100 lb old lady upstairs. BELIEVE ME! You know the owner is crap when he replaces shingles as they fall of and not the whole roof. Does this sound like a classy joint' Hell no. The -------- drive right next to two of the three sides of the complex playing their circus music out of their rust buckets keeping you up at night. The aluminum on the carports is so thin that moisture forms on the bottom and drips on your car at night. Real nice. The staff is nice and courteous though. I have to give them that.

I don't have idea where do you live , but i use to live at sun colony apartments and nothing is like you said My apartment it' very nice clean everthing it's new the yard it's so pretty
