I would have to agree with the other post. It is true that the grass rarely gets cut, the bushes are overgrown, and maintainence is generally lazy and incompetent, blaming the resident if he doesn't do his job the first time. This place would be relatively descent if the yard work was done properly. The renovated apartments are very nice though and is on par with the apartments at most major cities. Management is a bit lazy so I never bother asking anything from them.

Must be a moron, why would one live in complex for approx. 2 yrs. if he did not enjoy it. Must be a pig that got kicked out. I've been resident for 4 years and thoroughly enjoy living in complex. It bothers me when these morons write malicious reviews.

You dipshit. You just said under one of the previous posts that you just moved there from Illinois 9 months ago and now you say you have lived there 4 years. You're management for sure, and certainly not very bright.
