This place has some potential but after living here a while I am going to move to another apartment complex (La Mansion) when my lease is up. The yard does look like crap about 75% of the time, its noisy, especially if you live downstairs because the floors are shot to crap, the roofs need to be redone. Maintainence sucks ass. Where do I go on'

Stanky (Stinko), must be working for another complex(La Mansion?), since you can go to other web sites and he criticises every complex. Stinco, Beeno and Blimp are probably paid to to defame Sun Colony with the hope to fill theis complex. Sorry, it did not work!

Uhh, no. Do you actually think complexes pay people to bash other complexes? What a stupid statement. You must be management, and THAT post didn't work. You know as well as I do that Brownsville as a whole is a ghetto and only 2 decent apartment complexes exist: Las Palmas and La Mansion. THAT IS IT! Why lie, people can see Sun Colony in all its unkept glory for themselves.
