always very courteous and helpful, no matter what the request. Apartment is spacious with lots of closet space. Newly refurbished with new cabinets and ceramic tile floors.Especially like the screening process they require applicants to submit to
so as to screen out anyone with criminal backgroud, child molesters etc. Grounds are gorgeous as can be seen from web site. Lovely complex, highly recommend to look at it and compare. A bargain compared to others. Parking is covered with ample light.

This is crap. Parking is adequate. However, lighting is terrible under the covered parking. That is why cars and trucks have been stolen and vandalized under covered parking. Wonder why they have cameras? That's why. The El Cheapo owner doesn't want to install lights under the covered parking. As far as the grounds are concerned, you must have moved in the month the grass was cut and the bushes were trimmed back, because it only gets done once every 3-4 weeks. That is why I moved. But hey, don't take my word for it, go see for yourselves!
