I thought the apartments were OK. I think the landscaping could have been done more. Also, they need to put gravel under covered parking where all the dirt is. Every time it rains, it splashes mud on the front of your car. Also, all of the covered parking floods in the back all the way to your back tires so you don't want to park there if there is any rain. It gets REALLY muddy as well. Management is really nice and helpful and I appreciate that.

I no know what problem is. I think both sides exagerat. It is not nicest place but not worst ether. I not like the flooding when it rains or how noise it is sometimes but I like HEB across street. I can walk over with my cart and buy food and walk right back! Bueno! Some of us keep carts on our patios so we can shop at HEB or move things from apartment to our cars. I like that. Apartment people nice to!

The fact that you keep HEB carts on your patios (and aluminum foil) is what makes this place look like trash. Secondly, the fact that you can barely speak proper English makes everyone that lives here look like an idiot. Pleae don't post anything else. Thanks!!!

Why is everything always directed towards mexican people not speaking proper english? Did your wives leave your feeble white peckers for a mexican man you feel you have to belittle them all the time? You come in here trying to make a point only to end showing how ignorant you are. If your the mighty white man what are you doing renting an apartment? Go buy a house you honkey. Bottom line theres white trash living here, dont move in here please.

This must be angry Beanr' maintanence 'personal' again. I do live in a house to be exact, although not around uneducated greasers such as yourself. I lived at Stank Colony while having my house built. Don't be angry Mr. Maintanence Beanr', one day you will move out of mommy's house and have a trailer too! Dumb fuks like you need to go back to Mexico - we don't want or need you in our sophisticated society: you don't fit in!
