I was robbed twice along with my neighbors in 6 months both apartment and car i had to make repairs myself they never fixed anything and my clothese were robbed from laundry room there is a crazy old lady who has a son that smokes pot on there balcony all hours of the night and day and the management dosnt do anything. the management is nice but thats all they care so much about there property but nothing about the tenats safety or comfort they will complain about where you park when theres not enough parking

I know that kid that smokes pot in the very back of the complex. Yes, it is things such as this that would make anyone want to move to Sun Colony right? I am sure managment thinks so!

Im maintenance. Half you -------s always claim the maintenance personal are lazy or dont like to do shyt all day. Im an HVAC, plumbing, electrician, certified and licensed maintenance guy. Not some ----in janitor. I own my own ----in home. Make money and move the ---- out.

I maintenance man. I no know how to write good sentence. I really meant 'maintenance PERSONNEL' no 'personal' which means belonging to. I live at home with my mommy because I am bitter divorced loser who can get no yab utter dan work at Sun Colony and be lasy Mehicano. I make lods of muney here in B-Town - $23,000 per year like all my uder highly edukated Mehicanos. Viva Brown pride!
