Well, I got duped - sort of - into renting an apartment here. I was stupid and only looked at the show apartment and the front of the complex and not the back. It appears that the only money the owner has put into making the complex nice is putting down some white rocks bordering some palm trees. The rest of the complex looks in dire need of landscaping (specifically the lawn) and the building needs some repairs as well. The tennis and basketball court they have I found to be torn up and in disrepair. There is also trash blowing around the parking lot. The main issue though is how loud it is downstairs. I noticed a posting regarding this issue before and if you are considering moving here then beware, everything that was written is true. I can say that I haven't noticed and break-ins or vandalizim but I just moved here. Will I stay' Maybe. I should have spent the extra $100 - $150 to live at another, nicer complex. I'll just have to wait and see. Lesson learned!
