Sun Colony is the safest apartment complex that is not gated. I was never robbed there and I travel a lot. Anonymous advertisements are full of bull. Someone told me that he was robbed, but I have a feeling that he had undesirables come to visit him all the time. Everytime that something broke, I called the manager and it was fixed right away. There are security cameras on the site. Management always does not renew leases of people who cause trouble and vandalize. There is an exercise room for tenants, tennis courts and a swimming pool. Summer activites are planned for children. Sun Colony is located close to Sunrise Mall.
