Place is infested with roaches and lizards, even if they do pest control. Parking situation is horrible, if someone is visiting, make sure they walk to your place! Very little visitor parking. I have heard from other tenants that Araceli the manager of the apartments is a total B**ch. She's rude and obnoxious and very disrespectful. From what I was told, unless you work for customs or PD you dont get any good treatment. Word is she likes to sleep with some of the single male tenants. But anyways, from what I see not a totally safe place. There are usually weird looking men walking around looking through trash. Several vehicles have been burglarized. Lighting outside is horrible, change the lightbulds outside of the apartment yourself dont expect to have management do it. Completely dark outside.
If I had the money to move out, which I will when income tax comes, then I will move out hopefully to a new home and will be done renting.

Would I recommended this place to others' If you work for customs or PD and would like to get a little extra on the side, then Yes.
If you dont, then NO.

This is obviously not a rating on the apartments. More like some jelousy. Its sad how ignorance can take U so low. I personally lived in apt 205 and management was very helpful,as was maintenance. In addition, its like all apartments there temporary living.
