I am dissatisfied with general maintenance, such as air filters not being delivered every month, a monthly service charge of $15.00 for a storage room when in other places it is free, when turning in a storage room you must turn in the key before the 1st of the month otherwise you will be charged for an entire month, so one cannot turn in the storage key by the 4th day of the month when the apartment fee is due, parking is unsafe since there is poor lighting, there are no designated parkings so cars get banged and scratched by other cars, and in the 5 yr. period of living here no one from maintenance has ever come in to paint the apartment walls and one must do it themselves.
