I didn't get the chance to live here. The place is nice, calm, quiet and the office staff is pretty decent from what I could tell; HOWEVER, if you're planning on rooming with friends or if you're a single person looking for a two-bedroom, forget it.

My friends and I were turned down because they do not allow two males and a female or two females and a male room together. I'm not sure what they were "expecting" to happen with roommates, but from the impression they left - the reason they won't allow it is very disgusting. I'm sure you can imagine why. They also do not allow a single person to rent an apartment larger than a two bedroom.
To me, this is defeating the entire purpose of an apartment complex. Sure, it gives CERTAIN people a decent go at a place to live - but for the rest of us that sometimes cannot afford to live alone - it throws us back into the street again. My roommates and I are all college students and it makes no sense to my why they would do this. It's psychotic.
