The apartments are old on the inside and old on the outside. They are great if you like your necessities breaking and getting mediocre repairs. The manager has to be right and she belittles you if you have a problem with a neighbor or something else. She is very unprofessional and when confronted for making an error on our lease, Jeannie got angry and called my wife a really inappropriate name (A Super B%*#%@) while she sat behind her desk.

We read these good reviews below about the apartment complex and just like many people we were anxious to move in. Looking back it was a mistake. Yes this place excepts pets but they charge you $500.00 for your pet. THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT either. Your pet better be worth it. That's a whole bunch of money plus a 10.00 dollar a month pet fee. None of which is refundable. This place and this manager only care about taking your money.

The longer we stayed the higher our rent went up as well. Our neighbors are loud and if you like sleeping forget that here. They will cut your water off all day without any warning or notice. Hope you don't have kids.

Don't be deceived like we were.

You hit it right on the money. Keep in mind that Jeannie and her husband are very wealthy people already and she makes a bundle managing Rainforest. They make a lot of money by contracting/reserving some of their apartments to big corporations for their travelling sales people. Regular renters are treated like crap.
