Take it from a long time renter. I lived at Rainforest for 6 years. At first it was a nice quiet community, but in the last 3 years I lived there, a lot of really bad renters moved in, a lot of drug use, a lot of college students partying around the clock, just overall a very noisy place. The apartments are old and outdated, the walls are thin, the carpet isn't replaced when worn out, the manager, Jeannie Reiger, is unfriendly and non-responsive if you complain about noisy neighbors, and a lot more problems. It got to where I was afraid to go out of my apt at night because of all the thugs hanging outside all night long. No covered parking, neighbors stealing your parking place. The best thing I ever did was to move.
