Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
These apartments were sold October 2006. The negative comment was before this new owner. The new owner has spent money on the property (which had not been done previously) and really updated the look. We have weekly newsletters, to keep everyone informed of what is going on where painting and new decks will be added... Maintenance issues are being taken care of instead of "jury rigged" to save money. Great property!
