southside sucks i stayed at southside village and gave ample notice and was charged 1,000 dollars for moving out. they say i broke lease agreements and charged me for unexisting damages aswell as would not do proper mainteance on the apartment i had rented and had lived in for over 3 years.

New Owner These apartments were sold October 2006. The negative comment was before this new owner. The new owner has spent money on the property (which had not been done previously) and really updated the look. We have weekly newsletters, to keep everyone informed of what is going on where

Terrible management! The management was really nice at first and then turned on me when I had to move out after having roomate problems. They locked me out of my apartment and mailbox before I finished moving out and charged me for the lock!

Not bad I actually lived in the Good Shepherd Apartments, which are part of the J&N family. The office staff was very polite. The only problems I had were with the maintenance staff and some of the noisy neighbors. Overall this is a decent place.
