not bad at all - My roommate and I moved in during the summer and found the entire management staff extremely helpful. They answered every question we had, and explained everything. They were wonderful to work with and the maintenance staff has been super friendly too. The apartments themselves are huge! in BCS it's unheard of to get over 1000 square feet for around $650 total. THEY RIP OFF - THEY RIP OFF...Don't even try to visit the complex. The apartments are old as hell and everything will break down soon after you move in ! Worst of all is that you will be stupidly charged a lot of money upon leaving. Like $30 for a little erasable marker line on the door and $ 40 for cleaning the stove (which I cleaned very well). Forest Creek Apartments - I live here on Verde and I love it, this area has done nothing but improve due to many neighborhood enhancement projects.
