When i first moved in the management was good, we got our maintenance request looked at promptly and THERE WERE NO CHILDREN!!. During the course of my stay, the property changed hands and everything went down hill from there.

1) The rent is cheap, but you have no living area, no dining area, a strip called a kitchen, water damaged floors, you have to fight the beetles (they don't have roaches but they have beetles), AND the walls are thin.

2) You can have a pet for almost no deposit (the only plus i would say)

3) The grounds are horrible. They never mow the grass. They don't have a parking lot rather they have rocks to drive on, There are businesses in the front and the apartments are in the back, and there is broken glass.

4) There are WAY too many children there. I hate children... I only get one day to sleep in and The Darn kids are at my door banging on it because they want to see my cats.

OVERALL: It's good if you don't care about where you live.
